Attention Parents!!!!!

The PTA Holiday Shoppe will be open during the school day on Friday,  December 16.  This is a wonderful opportunity for your child to experience the joy of giving during the holiday season while selecting holiday gifts for the entire family.  This program offers a safe, educational, and fun experience while supporting your PTA.

Your child’s joy and excitement will shine through when you open your gift that they selected just for you!

Parent volunteers will assist students as they shop.  They will help each child budget their money and make gift selections.  You can be a part of the fun and learning by giving your child ideas on selecting gifts and suggesting ways for your child to earn extra holiday dollars.  Gift items range between $1 - $8 with the majority of items between $2-6.

If you would like your child to participate, please send money with them to school in a sealed envelope by FRIDAY, DECEMBER 16.  Please include your child’s name, amount enclosed, and a list of people they can buy gifts for on the outside of the envelope.

PARENT VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED.  The Holiday Shoppe will be open from 9 am – 3 pm.  If you would like to volunteer please contact Kelly Cline by phone at 913-208-6955 or email kellcline1@gmail.com.

About Me

My photo
I have always known that my career would involve working with children. I volunteered and worked with a summer camp in Derby, KS for eight summers, to which I owe my games and song collection that are popularly used in the classroom. I am an alumna of the sorority Alpha Gamma Delta and the University of Kansas. I have been happily married for over two years to my best friend, Eric. Together, we share a three year old beagle, Ellie May. I enjoy reading, playing board games, and watching Grey’s Anatomy. I am so grateful to do what I love everyday. I cannot wait to teach this new group of 4th graders!
