MTSS

Hello parents!

I wanted to post a letter from the 3-5 Principal, Vickie Kelly, about MTSS (Multi-tiered System of Supports). MTSS is being pushed from the state of Kansas to provide additional support for our students to succeed in reading and mathematics. We have integrated 50 minutes into our schedule of additional math and reading instruction to really give students the extra boost they need to do great on the state assessments! Please click on the image below to read the letter from our amazing Principal!

About Me

My photo
I have always known that my career would involve working with children. I volunteered and worked with a summer camp in Derby, KS for eight summers, to which I owe my games and song collection that are popularly used in the classroom. I am an alumna of the sorority Alpha Gamma Delta and the University of Kansas. I have been happily married for over two years to my best friend, Eric. Together, we share a three year old beagle, Ellie May. I enjoy reading, playing board games, and watching Grey’s Anatomy. I am so grateful to do what I love everyday. I cannot wait to teach this new group of 4th graders!
